The presentation of natural treasures attracted again many mineral and fossil interested visitors from all over the world. The gallerist and natural art dealer Andreas Guhr took this opportunity to meet his good friends, the renowned mineral dealer and appraiser from California, Cal Graeber, Joel Bartsch and Brian Lees, president and founder of Collector's Edge, a company of mineral acquisition specialists. A truly inspiring meeting of experienced colleagues.

Due to an important and incomparable exhibit of flying reptiles, the fascinating Archaeopteryx, the Museum hall was not available for the start of the show this year. Joel Bartsch, the president of the famous Houston Museum of Natural Science organized the 2010-kick-off-party in cooperation with Dave Waisman, who successfully conducted the event in 2009. This years event was again located in the exclusive Embassy Suites within range of the famous Galleria in Houston downtown.
